Registration with SJC is completely free. However, upon successful job placement and reporting on the first day of employment, a mandatory one-time, non-refundable registration fee of ₹499 becomes payable. This fee is charged only after employment is secured and confirms activation of placement services. Registration remains valid for a lifetime or until job confirmation, whichever occurs earlier.
SJC consultancy charges are fixed at 50% of the candidate’s first-month total gross salary, payable immediately upon receipt of the first salary. SJC reserves the right to coordinate direct recovery, including salary deduction through the employer. All payments must be made promptly and in full; no discounts, waivers, or installment arrangements are permitted.
Candidates must provide a minimum one-month notice prior to resignation, subject to statutory or company-mandated notice periods after completion of one month of service. Employers retain authority to deduct lawful charges from salary for non-compliance.
SJC acts solely as a recruitment intermediary and bears no liability for post-placement disputes, terminations, salary delays, or employment conditions. If a candidate leaves within one month, fails to complete formalities, or does not receive salary for any reason, SJC shall not be held responsible.
