1. Information We Collect

SJC may collect the following information from candidates during registration and placement activities:

Full name, contact number, email address, and residential address

Educational qualifications, work experience, and professional documents

Salary details, employment history, and employer verification information

Bank account details or salary-related information solely for verification (not for fee collection)

Any other information required by employers for completing the hiring process

2. Purpose of Collecting Information

The information collected is used strictly for the following purposes:

Processing candidate registrations

Facilitating job placement with partnered employers

Coordinating interviews, verifications, and onboarding processes

Ensuring smooth communication between the candidate and the employer

Compliance with statutory or employer-specific requirements

3. Use of Information

Candidate information is shared only with prospective employers for recruitment purposes.

SJC does not sell, trade, or misuse candidate information.

SJC provides end-to-end assistance until job confirmation as part of its services.

4. Fee & Payment Policy (Privacy Disclosure)

Registration fee: ₹499, non-refundable.

Consultancy fee: 50% of the candidate’s first month’s gross salary, deducted directly by the employer from the first salary and remitted to SJC.

SJC does not collect consultancy fees directly from candidates.

Employers may deduct the consultancy fee directly from the candidate’s salary as per authorization.

5. Data Sharing With Employers

Candidate data is shared with employers strictly for:

Recruitment evaluation

Background verification

Salary processing and consultancy fee deductions
Employers are obligated to treat candidate data with confidentiality as per industry norms.

6. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates must serve a minimum one-month notice period before resignation, after which the employer’s policy applies.

Candidates must comply with all company rules, policies, and professional standards.

If a candidate leaves the job within one month, fails to complete exit formalities, or does not receive salary for any employer-specific reasons, SJC is not liable.

7. Limitation of Liability

SJC functions only as a placement facilitator.
SJC is not responsible for:

Salary disputes

Employer delays or decisions

Sudden employment termination

Issues arising after joining the employer

Once placed, the candidate falls under the employer’s governance and policies.

8. Data Security

All candidate information is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.

SJC uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorized access or misuse.

9. Data Retention

SJC retains candidate information as long as necessary for placement activities or as required by law.

Once data is no longer needed, it will be securely archived or deleted.

10. Candidate Consent

By registering with SJC, the candidate:

Confirms that all information provided is true and accurate.

Grants consent to SJC to collect, store, and share information with potential employers.

Acknowledges and accepts the fee, notice period, and liability terms outlined above.

11. Updates to This Privacy Policy

SJC reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official communication channels.
